主讲人简介：MARK教授为伦敦大学亚非学院副教授，英国高等教育学会研究员。致力于研究非洲国家的减贫路径。尤其在全球治理与发展的视角下，非洲工会在减贫治理中的重要作用。代表著作有：《新自由主义时代的非洲劳工组织》、《公民社会作为后自由化背景下的冲突领域坦桑尼亚：非政府组织和工会的作用》 等。

MARK Mcquinn is the associate professor in the School of Oriental and African Studies,University of London, and a research fellow of the British Higher Education Association.Prof.Mark is specialised in poverty reduction in African countries,especially from the perspective of global governance and development, African trade unions’ function in poverty reduction.The representative books include “African Labour Organization in the Neoliberal Era” and “Civil Society as a Field of Conflict in the Post-Liberalization Context: The Role of NGOs and Trade Unions”
